Tonya and her team are extremely efficient and really show their expertise in knowledge of running a Estate Sale. They were able to take a huge house of many items unique and common and in a blink of an eye, sort, price and stage the items with much care and oversight as if they were dealing with their own family heirlooms. It was not only impressive, but comforting at the same time. Tonya has a vast knowledge when it comes to valuing items and also has a great team that is diligent about their research ways on items that needed to declare value. The sale ran through a holiday weekend and due to Tonya's dedicated followers, the sale was packed with people that resulted in great sales. There were several professional Buyers that showed up that Tonya had connections with, and were very pleased as always with her recommendations to them and worthy of their professional time as they purchased many items. The sale ran exactly as contracted and she made me feel comfortable with all of her above and beyond personal touches and care liquidating family mementos. My family did tossed in a few curve balls when it came to selling some items that family members had changed their minds on and she handled it with loving professionalism and understanding to both the family member and the person interested in purchasing so that all were satisfied with the outcome. This type of of sale you can expect the unexpected of emotions with some items and my family that did present some challenges to the process. It was apparent that Tonya has handled this before able to smooth over any scenario. All in all the sale was extremely successful and I would recommend Country Estate Liquidation & Auction 100 times over. Tonya and her team were kind and personable and had great follow-up before and after the sale.. I had vetted over 7 companies and I am so happy I chose Tonya to sell our family memories. 5 stars 10/20
